We hope you absolutely love your MummyNMe purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy, so please have a read through the full policy for all the details before sending anything back.
🤍 When will I get my order?
We aim to have your order on its way as quickly as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, although during busier periods this may take up to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Most orders arrive within approximately 8–14 business days, depending on your location.
🤍 How do you choose the products you sell?
Every product at Mummy N Me is carefully selected with real family life in mind. I look for pieces that are practical, beautiful and genuinely useful — things I would happily use in my own home or recommend to another mum. If it doesn't feel like something worth sharing with you, it doesn't make the cut.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always be able to see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises at checkout.
