About Us

Just a mum, figuring it out as I go — and bringing you along for the ride.

Mummy N Me started with something pretty simple:

I fell pregnant... and realised I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.

I didn't know where to start.

What doctor's appointments did I need? When was I supposed to book them? How did I choose where I wanted to give birth? What did I actually need in a hospital bag? What did a newborn really need? And how was I somehow supposed to know everything I'd need to raise a tiny human?

I had a million questions — and every answer seemed to lead to another five questions.

I found myself constantly Googling, reading, asking other mums, saving things for later and trying to piece together information from what felt like a hundred different places.

And somewhere amongst all of that, Mummy N Me began to make sense.

I wanted to create the kind of place I had been looking for from the moment I saw those two lines.

A little corner of the internet where you can arrive thinking “I genuinely have no idea where to start” — and that's completely okay.

Somewhere you can find the questions you didn't even know you needed to ask yet. Somewhere we can talk about pregnancy appointments, preparing for birth, choosing a hospital, packing a hospital bag, getting ready for a newborn, products that are actually useful, feeding a family and all the other little things that come with motherhood.

But more than anything, I wanted to create somewhere mums feel seen.

For the first-time mum wondering if everyone else somehow received a motherhood handbook she missed.

For the mum Googling an oddly specific question at 2am.

For the mum who wants an honest opinion before spending money on yet another baby product.

For the mum who has no idea what she's cooking for dinner tonight.

And for the mum who simply wants to hear someone else say, “Yep... me too.”

Because one of the biggest things I'm learning is that motherhood isn't something you suddenly know how to do.

We learn as we go.

I'm still learning too.

Everything you'll find here comes from that place. I'll share what I'm learning through pregnancy and motherhood, the things I wish I'd known earlier, the questions I've had to find answers to, products I've genuinely tried and loved, and the little discoveries that have made life easier along the way.

You'll also find plenty of family-friendly recipes, lunchbox ideas and food for real family life — because figuring out what everyone is going to eat every single day is apparently part of this whole motherhood gig too.

And as my family grows, Mummy N Me will grow with us.

Pregnancy will become newborn days. Newborn days will become toddler years. There'll be new questions, new lessons, new products worth sharing and probably plenty of things that don't go according to plan.

I don't want Mummy N Me to be a place that tells you how to be a mum.

I want it to be somewhere we can figure out being mums together.

So whether you've just seen two lines on a pregnancy test and you're wondering “Okay... what happens now?”, you're preparing to meet your baby, you're somewhere in the beautiful chaos of raising little ones, or you're simply looking for something to make family life a little easier...

There's a corner here for you.

No perfect motherhood.
No pretending I have all the answers.
No judgement.

Just real experiences, things I've learnt along the way, useful finds, good food, and hopefully a place where you never feel like you're the only one asking the question.

Welcome to Mummy N Me. 🤍

I'm figuring it out as I go — and I'd love to have you along for the ride
